A Ritual Worth Remembering,

Dev began with a simple thought: some of the ways we cared for ourselves should not be forgotten.

For generations, Indian homes understood skincare as a part of everyday life. Roots, flowers, oils, powders and herbs were prepared with care, using knowledge that was passed from one generation to the next.

But somewhere along the way, many of these rituals became memories. We moved towards ready-made routines and products, while becoming increasingly distant from the ingredients, practices and stories behind them.

At Dev, we want to bring that connection back. We explore India's regional traditions, native ingredients and living cultural knowledge to create products that feel relevant to today, while remaining rooted in where they came from.

Dev is a journey to rediscover the rituals, ingredients and knowledge that have quietly lived in Indian homes for generations. We believe these traditions can find a meaningful place in modern life not as something borrowed from the past, but as living knowledge that continues to evolve with us.

We begin with skincare, but our journey does not end there. We hope to explore more rituals, more regions and more stories, always staying close to nature.
